Complaints for returns should be made within 24hrs of receiving the product.

Cancellation of orders can made be made by calling the support numbers +91 75300 04334 Cancellation can only be made before the product is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched no cancellation request will be approved. Exchanges will be made only if the product is defective.

Return request will be declined

• If return is raised due to slight colour change in the product, which is likely due to due to lighting condition at the time of taking the photo.
• If minor thread pullouts.
• If blue mark on edges on the fabric, this is weaver mark.
• If any misprints, overlapped prints and stains in the fabric happens as they are handmade.

• Do not accept the courier pack if it is in damaged condition.
